This is the best version of this song I've heard. Wonderfully diverse, professional quality. I'm not sure if it's OK to post audio your friend made on the AP but just in case it is I'll give this piece what it deserves which is 10s.

Don't worry, ZP, I've downloaded several of your tracks that make strong candidates for this Flash Game I'm working on...

Now about this ... this is the only decent cover of the Shadow Man theme I've ever heard. Congrats. The guitar is not overpowering. You fade it out which I don't care for but that's a personal preference. I certainly don't hold that against you and this song deserves its 4+ rating.

i plan on making a short-loop version of this later...like i said before, it works better as a short, quick-shot-type, transitional song. glad you liked it though.

I like this one

I like this piece a lot. It's kind of... haunted. You could make a strong case for this being an overworld theme as well as an underworld theme. Loops well, too. The guitar is a little rough when it comes in at 2:44 but that's the only flaw I could think of. Again, good job.

Good but short

I think this sounds pretty good but I'm not sure if I would use it for anything. Because of the intro, it can't be a loop, and it's too short to be the background for a cutscene.
Either repeat the main body of the song a few more times, or make a loop version without the intro. Then my vote would be much higher.

I wasn't going to click this at first because I thought "oh my another Skull Castle cover, I've heard dozens of these." You should know this is NOT Skull Castle, but rather it's a remix of the Stage Select Screen and I really like what you did with it! Loops perfectly. Nice work. I'll have to use this in a submission. Seriously, though, change the name.

I feel that the original Valiant loops pretty well by itself, but this is a pretty useful loop, and well made. Nice work.

recently in the forums, someone complained, "hey, how come all the loops on the frontpage are only by ParagonX9???" and one of the admins answered, "well, i would put up loops by other authors, but no one has sent me anything!!!!!!!!" so, they are now pooling short loops for a little 'contest' for the frontpage. the loops need to be between 10-15 seconds, so that is why i made a seperate short-loop version of Valiant, so i can enter into this little 'contest'. who knows, maybe i'll make the frontpage! hahaha one can only dream...
